FEET Don't Fail Me Now at the New Victory Nov 15-Dec 1

The New Victory's season has been amazing so far. We've seen Italian Marionettes, an Australian shadow show, and (sadly missed) an imaginative Peter Pan.

We're especially looking forward to the next production which started this weekend Minneapolis tap dance company Rhythmic Circus is bringing their dynamic tap and music performance Feet Don't Fail Me Now to the New Victory for a 15 day run that looks like it is going to knock our collective socks off (I might wear 2 pair to the theatre, just in case)

The show, which was the hit of the Edinburgh Fringe in 2012, features a 7 piece rock band with brass players, some amazing tap/percussion routines, including an astonishing looking chair dance, and a human beatbox, whose foley routines are sure to impress.

The real treat, of course are the dancers, who have been collectively been choreographing and performing together since 2000 (although Rhythmic Circus didn't officially start until 2007)  In the meantime they've opened for Savion Glover, toured throughout China and many other places, and have been consistently named Minneapolis's best dance company.

You can check out a number of their videos on their website:
