Northman Cider Bar Now Open!

I like cider just fine as an alcoholic beverage, but I never quite know what to get.  Part of that is just lack of experience, and part of that is lack of choice.  Up until recently, there have been 3 or 4 commercial ciders in a bottle readily available, and if given the choice between trying out a new cider or a new beer, I am probably going with beer.

I've just heard tell of a brand new cider house that has just opened on Lincoln that  features over 20 draft ciders, over 150 ciders, and food that matches it.  Sounds delicious, right?

Their website (from which the image to the right is pulled) just says coming soon, but DNA-Info has a fairly extensive menu listing (see below for a gallery of their menu via the DNA SCRIBD
account)

As well, a number of local news sources have articles about it opening, which seems to have made quite a splash.

They don't take reservations, but the Northman facebook page has this to say:

We want to thank everyone for their recent interest in The Northman. We are currently open Mon-Sun 4pm to 2am. Kitchen hours are Mon-Thurs 4pm-11pm, Fri-Sat 4pm-12am, and Sun 4pm-10pm.
We do not take reservations; however, we are utilizing the waitlistme system. During busy hours, this system notifies guests via text when their table is available, allowing them to wait at one of the other fine establishments in the neighborhood. Again, thank you to everyone for their support, and we look forward to seeing you in the near future!

Can't wait to try it!
